What is Yoga?

Yoga is an ancient form of exercise aimed at developing harmony in the body, mind, and environment.

Yoga focuses on strength, flexibility, breathing, relaxation, positive thinking and meditation to boost physical and mental wellbeing.

Our spacious studio is complete with polished wooden floors and bi-fold windows opening into a peaceful bamboo garden, it is the perfect hidden retreat.

Everybody is welcome, from well-practiced yogis to beginners and we offer kids yoga classes for toddlers to teens as well as Pregnancy & Post Natal classes.
